Good news for H1B visa holders..!!

This judgment of the US court has given great relief and comfort to the foreigner working in the US, especially to Indians. In other words, the country's court has ruled that the husband or wife of foreign nationals holding H1B visas can work in the United States.

Save Jobs USA had sued to overturn Obama-era regulations that allowed spouses of H1B visa holders to work. US District Judge Tanya Sudkan dismissed the case.

In the ruling, Justice Tanya Sudkan dismissed the case, stating that Congress had expressly granted the US government the authority to authorize H4 visa holders (H4 visas are visas issued to spouses of H1B visa holders) to stay and seek employment in the US.

Immigrant rights advocate Ajay, who welcomed the ruling, said it would bring relief to H1B visa holders. He also said that this verdict will help families stay together.

While this case was filed, technology companies like Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft opposed the case. So far 1,00,000 spouses of H1B visa holders have been granted work authorization in the US. Most of them are Indians.
